Best way to keep going on this THM journey is to have things ready to eat. It takes the guess work out of your next meal and if you are in a hurry there are portions already set in the freezer.
I put away rice and beans in the portions I need for an E meal in the freezer, maybe 10 small containers at a time. When I want to have this meal I just pop out of the freezer and add my veggies and lean protein all set for my E lunch or dinner.
