I would love to walk beside you on your THM journey. Guiding, supporting and helping you to find your way in this lifestyle that is best for your body. Keeping in mind that Health is the number one priority. I’ve followed THM for over 8 years now and really can’t eat any other way. Once you know how to pair your fuel types it’s impossible to un-know this information. Like you can’t go backwards really, you can only move forward with your new knowledge.
My offerings are listed on the front page of this blog. But what I want to speak about here is what my specialties are and how I can offer that to you. Once you get a handle on The Plan and really get your S and E meals under your belt I think sometimes the real work begins. I’ve had a history or Anorexia and/or Disordered Eating starting at the young age of 10. I was also a dancer starting at this same age and danced my way to a Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy. All along my life’s path I have experimented with food and how to eat to stay thin, trying over 25 different ways!!!!!
Having survived a traumatic/abusive childhood (my Father was a raging screaming alcoholic and my Mother mentally ill with Major Depression, Anxiety, Hallucinations and other things) my tools at that time to escape were in the form of Dancing and Controlling the food I would eat. Or not eat at all and over exercise. My poor little body! Today my body is approaching 56 and is having a terrible time these last 3 years. For more details please read my About page.
The point is I’ve been through alot of stuff! I now have Hypothyroidism, Severe Osteoporosis, Scoliosis,new diagnosis, Arthritis, Metabolic disorder, and many digestive issues. I am a Vegan, can not tolerate dairy or egss, Gluten Free, and am just now slowly reintegrating foods like fruit, vegetables, grains and carbs! I know what it takes to keep going! I am That Girl that keeps going and sticks with the plan no matter what. Because I know the consequences far outweigh the small moment of pleasure if I go off plan.
I am here to walk with you through your ups and downs. To really listen and hear what you have to say. To help you solve your food related issues no matter what they are. I really love to help figure out what’s wrong and how to make it right in your world in your unique way.
I am living in the Czech Republic with my Husband and three children, and can offer support via internet and its many magical ways to communicate (Skype, What’s App, Zoom, Messenger etc.) Of course if you are here in Czech we could meet in person! Support can happen through phone calls, messages, chats and emails. The ways are endless!
